A sunny Monday equals a rousing lunchtime fishing outing for five anglers. Everyone landed a fish and Chuck set a new personal best for the Open Segment. Here's the results:

Record Smashed ! - August 21st

A new tournament leader was crowned at lunch today. Tomski landed a 3 lb 13 largemouth, breaking the Steve's record by 1 pound. Here's the results:

Morning Fishing Results - August 20th

Three anglers visited MI-60 before work for a morning of fishing on Wednesday. The highlights included the first smallmouth bass of the Open Segment (congadulations Tim). Here's the creel report:

New Open Segment Record at MI-60

Tim's record of 2 lb 8 oz was surpassed at MI-60 by Steve who landed a 2 lb 13 oz largemouth bass. The fishing is picking up so don't expect the record to stand for long. Here's the full results at MI-60 at lunchtime today

Merle and Tim fished MI-60 at lunch on Friday and despite the lack of photographic evidence, managed the following:

Four anglers visited MI-60 on a beautiful day. Here's the summary:
  • Chuck: 0 lb 6 oz
  • Tim: 1 lb 1 oz, 0 lbs 10 oz, 0 lbs 7 oz
  • Merle: 1 lb 14 oz, 1 lb 8 oz
  • Steve: 0 lb 8 oz, 0 lb 8 oz


    Chuck is on the board with a 0 lb 6 oz largemouth bass. Now, about the one that got away....

Tim continues to be the class of the segment with three largemouth bass



Merle fished the east bank of MI-60 and was rewarded with two 1+ pound fish


Despite the dorky picture, Steve still managed to land two sub pound fish in an attempt to keep pace with Tim
